No Tracking or Advertising

Smart NFC does not contain any third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. I do not track you across apps or websites, and I do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Information I Collect

Information You Provide

Smart NFC lets you create, read, and save NFC tag content on your device. The text, URLs, shortcuts, or tag records you create are stored locally so the app can do its job.

Information Collected Automatically

I do not collect analytics or usage history. Apple may process purchase and App Store data under your Apple ID when you download the app or buy an optional unlock.

Information I Do NOT Collect

Personal identification information (name, email, phone) unless you contact support
Location data
Contacts or photos
Browsing history or app usage outside of Smart NFC
Health or fitness data

How I Use Your Information

I use the collected information to:

Provide Smart NFC's core features
Improve and maintain the App
Respond to support requests

Data Storage

Tag records and app settings are stored locally on your device. They may be included in your device's automatic iCloud backup if iCloud backup is enabled, but Smart NFC does not run its own cloud sync service.

Data Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), I confirm: I do not sell your personal information.

I may share data with:

Apple: In-app purchase management is handled through Apple's StoreKit. See Apple's privacy policy for details.
Legal Requirements: I may disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data I have about you
Request deletion of your data
Delete all your data by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data

Security

I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure in-app purchase verification via Apple StoreKit, and local data encryption via iOS device encryption.

Children's Privacy

Smart NFC is not intended for children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe I have collected such information, please contact me.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date.
