Please read these Terms of Use before using ClockWidget. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of Service
ClockWidget helps you create and manage custom clock widgets for iPhone. Features may include choosing clock styles, configuring widget appearance, saving presets, and applying widget settings.
2. Your Content
You are responsible for the widget styles and assets you create or import. Do not use the app to create or distribute content that infringes another person's rights.
3. Local Data Storage
ClockWidget is designed around local widget settings and local presets. You control saved styles and app preferences. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
4. Purchases
ClockWidget Pro is optional and may be offered through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, with yearly shown as the recommended subscription option, and/or through a separate lifetime one-time purchase. Prices, trial availability, subscription periods, and included features are shown in the app or App Store before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region.
Subscription purchases renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal according to Apple's App Store billing terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
A lifetime purchase unlocks eligible ClockWidget Pro features as a one-time purchase for the Apple ID used to buy it. You can restore eligible purchases in the app when signed in with the same Apple ID. Billing, refunds, and purchase support are handled by Apple through the App Store and Apple Support.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, bypass app security, distribute modified versions, or use the app for unlawful activity.
6. Apple App Store Terms
Your use of ClockWidget is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
7. No Warranties
The app is provided as-is. I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every widget workflow.
