What is ClockWidget for?

ClockWidget helps you create and manage custom clock widgets for your iPhone Home Screen.

How do I add a widget to my Home Screen?

After creating a style in ClockWidget, touch and hold your Home Screen, tap the add button, choose ClockWidget, and select the widget size you want.

Why is my widget not updating?

iOS controls widget refresh timing to protect battery life. Open ClockWidget, confirm your selected style, and give the system a moment to refresh the widget.

Does ClockWidget need an account?

No. Clock styles and preferences are designed to stay local on your device.

How do ClockWidget Pro purchases work?

ClockWidget Pro is optional and may be offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions, with yearly shown as the recommended subscription option, and/or as a separate lifetime one-time purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, restores, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

What should I include in a support email?

Include your device model, iOS version, widget size, selected style, and a short description of what is not working.
